Whatever strategy you choose,the most important thing is to just start writing. The words will come, if you just give them a chance.
2. Why do People Write Anything?
There are many reasons why people write, but for most, it boils down to one essential need: the need to communicate. We write to share our thoughts and feelings, to document our lives, to entertain and educate others, and to connect with others. Writing is a powerful tool that can help us to:

4. What can I Write?
There are plenty of things you can write about, regardless of your current level of inspiration or motivation. You could write about your day-today experiences, your thoughts on a recent news event, or a topic that you’re passionate about. If you’re stuck for ideas, you can also look online for writing prompts, or take a look at some of your old journals for inspiration.
Whatever you decide to write about, it’s important to just get started. Don’t worry about whether your writing is perfect or if it’s going to be published online or in a magazine. Just focus on getting your thoughts down on paper, and worry about polishing them up later.
And, most importantly, don’t give up. Even if you don’t feel inspired, or if you get stuck half-way through a project, continue working on it anyway. You’ll be surprised at how much progress you can make once you get started.

- Write about something that you’re passionate about.

- Write down your thoughts and feelings about a recent event.
- Write a story about your favorite childhood memories.
- Write a poem about your current state of mind.
- Write a list of things you’re grateful for.
- Just start writing, even if you don’t have a specific topic in mind.
